Movie Recast - Eva Green as Jadis, the White Witch

I was flipping through “The Crafting of Narnia: The Art, Creatures, and Weapons from Weta Workshop” when I got to the White Witch costume concept pages and was reminded of Eva Green as Morgan in Camelot. Then I realized that Eva Green would have been perfect as Jadis, the White Witch. She looks a lot like the book ‘verse Jadis. And some of the costume concepts (pictured above) that use the stark black and white scheme straight from the book would look perfect on her.

1. First (and only) naked women I’ve ever drawn. And it shows nothing. But I really love the way her hair turned out.
2. Random fruits, flowers, a leave, and a feather. They turned out pretty.
3. Ok, so this is the first old woman I’ve ever drawn and I love her. We were reading Macbeth in school and I wanted to draw one of the Witches as she looked in my head. The body was going to be filled in black so the hans would look like they’re wrapped in her robes, but I liked it like this too much. So her hands are floating.

Old quicksketch of Selina as Rapunzel.

Ok, so I just found my old sketchbook that I thought lost. I got bored one day MONTHS ago (like, December or January) and quickly doodled my friend Selina as Rapunzel. I’m not happy with the anatomy at all (Selina, this face doesn’t look like your face. Sorry ‘bout that.), but I was happy with the detailing on the dress and her hair. I actually got the look of her hair well, I think. And I know the skirt should have an overskirt… whoops.

I’ll probably redo this better one day.

Quite honestly, I ship you and Kyle Gallner. I could definitely see it happening. […] I was just looking at all the photos you posted of him and thinking, “yes, that would definitely work.”
